I want to preface this review by saying I have NEVER purchased or used Revelation AV & Automation.

I called for a calibration estimate and mentioned an issue I was having with a recently purchased Sony.

Tim proceeded to gather some information and within hours had a tier 3 direct phone number for support.

He had absolutely no dog in the fight, this level of customer service is rare in todays
Industry and it’s nice to see there are still passionate people who truly care to help others.

I was having various problems with my smart TV and Apple Streaming Device. Tim phoned in advance to say he could arrive one hour earlier than scheduled; FANTASTIC.
He arrived and got busy. His knowledge is extraordinary! All fixed within one hour and for a fair price. DOUBLE FANTASTIC!!

I have been dealing with Tim regarding a problem with my Samsung TV. I am impressed with Tim's knowledge, but even more so with his willingness to go the extra mile in service. Tim took it on his own to contact a Samsung engineer to find out about my issue.

Called Revelation AV & Automation to help with mounting two TVs after deciding DIY was going to be a disaster. Tim was on another job, but called me back within 30 minutes and scheduled the appointment for same day. Tim and team were efficient, professional and did a great job with the installation. Excellent! After 4 trips to our home by Verizon and countless hours on the phone our wifi and cable issues were not resolved. THANKFULLY we found Tim and his team at Revelation AV & Automation. Tim was knowledgeable and was able to educate us on the issues. He offered helpful and insightful suggestions. He and his team resolved the issue in an efficient manner. I called Revelation Service looking to mount a television over a mantel in an old DC row home. Tim spoke to me over the phone about the challenges posed by the project and potential solutions for my budget.  He scheduled the work extremely fast and came prepared for multiple contingencies.  The work Tim and his colleague did was professional and extremely high quality.  He thought of all kinds of issues that never would have occurred to me and addressed them all in a way that left me with the best looking set up.
